• I introduce myself to other kids whereever I go
• I performed on a Tae Kwon Do demonstration team in front of my whole school
• I am trying out for a school play
• I talk positively about myself
• I am proud of my hard work and expect to be successful
• Because I have been working hard I believe I will pass my next belt test
• I am going to do my form at the next tournament
