$100 non refundable deposit per child is required to register for summer camp by March 31st. After that registration is $159. No refunds on camp tuition once it is charged.

What you'll need for Summer Camp...

All campers must be signed in and out each day by an approved guardian. Campers will not be released to individuals not on the approved list without written/verbal notice and a picture ID.

Everyday you'll need to bring a backpack with:

A bag lunch (non-perishable please) with as many snacks and drinks as your child will need throughout the day (no candy please)

A book to read for quiet time after lunch

Sunscreen (for the days we have outside play time. Please put on your child before he/she arrives.)

Summer Camp T-Shirt and Uniform

Change of clothes (optional)

CHILDREN'S CLOTHES, ETC… OFTEN LOOK ALIKE. SO, PLEASE BE SURE TO LABEL ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME SO THAT IT WILL BE HARD TO BE LOST!

As a parent or guardian, I hearby release Master Shim's World Class Tae Kwon Do, their instructors, and any person officially connected with Master Shim's World Class Tae Kwon Do from all liabilities for any injuries or damages whatsoever. In case of emergency, if the family physician listed can't be contacted, I hereby authorize any appointed staff member of Master Shim's World Class Tae Kwon Do to seek proper medical attention from a qualified medical doctor to perform any needed medical aid for the listed child/children. I have read, completed, and agree to all the above.
